Does this product have a warranty?

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is on average 10 to 25 business days (after payment confirmation), depending on the agility of the Post Offices in your location .

We send the tracking code between 3 and 7 business days.

Some products stay in Customs for a long time due to the inspection by the Federal Revenue Service, which checks all packages entering Brazil. Since they are overloaded, this may cause some delays depending on the time of year. However, we will be there to monitor all the steps. Why this delivery time?

Our products take an average of 10 to 25 business days to arrive. They are sent by plane to Brazil. There are 3 weekly flights that take products from our suppliers to Brazil. They land in Curitiba and from there they are sent to the Post Office. On average, within 7 business days, the product is in Brazil and sent by post to our customers' homes.

In case of exchange, do I have to send it abroad?

In case of exchange, the product will be sent free of charge to our headquarters in Brazil for checking and verification. After validation, another product will be sent or the amount refunded, as the customer wishes.

Do I have to pay any extra fees?

No additional fees will be charged to the customer, other than those already paid at the time of purchase.
